Alma universitas studiorum parmensis A.D. 962 - Università di Parma
EUGreen - European University Alliance for sustainability

The University of Parma has adopted a tuition system with a proportionality character, structured according to the following parameters:

  • ECONOMIC CONDITION. This value is calculated and determined exclusively by the ISEE value;
  • ACADEMIC MERIT. Only academic credits (CFU) earned in the twelve months prior to the date of 10/08/2021 are considered (at least 10 credits for enrollment in the 2nd year; at least 25 credits for years following the second);
  • SENIORITY. It is based on the years of enrollment at the University of Parma (Degree Courses passages and transfers do not reset the seniority principle);
  • DISCIPLINARY AREA. The personalized university tuition varies according to the Scientific Disciplinary Area of the degree course.

The annual enrollment fee for the academic year 2021/2022 in one of the degree courses of the University of Parma is the result from the sum of the following of:

  • Regional Tax: € 140
  • Virtual Stamp Duty: € 16
  • Personalized University Tuition Fee proportionally calculated on the basis of the sole ISEE indicator (Indicatore della Situazione Economia Equivalente – Equivalent Financial Situation Indicator), by applying this formula:

The amounts of the minimum and maximum tuition fee and of the minimum and maximum ISEE can be found in the chart below.

If the ISEE amount is higher than 70,000 € or the ISEE amount is not submitted within the deadline indicated, the student will have to pay the maximum absolute amount of tuition fees established for the field of the course chosen and for his/her merit and seniority status.

All students enrolled or who wish to enroll in a degree course of the University of Parma (including those enrolled under conditions, pre-enrolled, transferred from other universities, enrolled in admission tests, pending possible enrollment for scrolling rankings) may request a reduction on the amount of university fees and contributions.

In order to do this, the student must complete the application on the ER-GO website www.er-go.it by 3rd November 2021 at 6.00 pm (CET). Applications beyond the deadline will be not accepted. Students not submitting any application for a reduction will be asked to pay the absolute maximum contribution envisaged for their Disciplinary area and their merit and seniority conditions.

ER-Go provides University students with a variety of services, including financial assistance, residential accommodations, dining facilities, counseling and support, job and careers guidance. Get more information in the brochure for freshpeople. The abstract Guide to complete the application is completely translated into English, so that you can find there all information you need.

Any further information is available on the Manifesto degli Studi (Study Regulations).
